Splendid villa in dominant position between Florence and Siena, immersed in the Chianti hillside in a most scenic position with an enchanting panorama of vineyards and soft rolling hills gradually stretching to the distant tower of San Gimignano.
A charming home in a magnificent position in the heart of the Chianti region, just a short distance from Barbarino Val d'elsa and a short drive away from Florence and Siena.
This ancient farmhouse has been lovingly restored maintaining the original characteristics, volted terra cotta ceilings and wood beams.
In the large gardens that surround the villa you will find the lovely 12x6m. private swimming pool (for exclusive use of guests) with many shady areas where you can sit and relax with a glass of local wine whilst enjoying the magnificent panorama.
In a small wing of the villa there is a small apartment which is used occasionally. The apartment has separate access and separate garden with mature dividing hedge and in no way interferes with your peace or privacy.
