How to reserve a villa Florence rental holiday

We offer variety of apartments Florence for your holiday accommodations. After checking the availability of the villa your are interested in, send us your request for a reservation.

We will than send you the reservation details and the provisional booking will be held for you for 3 days.
Within the 3 days you must confirm by returning the booking forms together with the terms and conditions and payment in order to guarantee you villa florence booking.

You will be require to pay 30% deposit on booking and the balance is due 50 days before the start of the rental.
Any reservation made within 50 days of the rental dates is to be paid in full on confirmation.

Once we have received the documentation and payment we will confirm your reservation and send you receipt of payment.
On payment of balance you will receive your travel voucher with full details for your arrival.

We accept payment by Visa & mastercard (2% handeling fee) & bank transfer. UK residents also have the option of payment by debit card (no fee) or personal cheque.
